When interviewing David as to how he would present our home over other realtors, we had no deep seated belief that it would actually be “new and improved” service.
Having now been through the successful home sale process with David, we wonder HOW any of our other homes have even sold with such minimal presentation! There are photos and then there are photos. The professional photographer he used was so effective that this house sold site unseen. The buyer only saw the photos and video presentation having never set foot in the property in person. The video involved the viewer to the neighbourhood and incorporated the feeling of living in the home like no other presentation we have seen.
