I decided to work with David on my sale of my last condo in Toronto. He was outstanding for me and here’s why: He gave me a written timeline with all kinds of details; followed through on everything he said he would do and when he would do it; was very proactive in letting me know if there were any changes; excelled at underpromising and overdelivering; never felt like he was too busy for me/my place; and was honest to the point that I nicknamed him Eeyore as he always wanted me to be aware of any potential risk or downside! I think he is a guy who is super focused and realistic about what he can and can’t take on so that he is able to provide a high degree of service. He will be my agent on any purchase or sale as long as he’s willing to represent me as I have never had a better, more honest experience with any agent ever, anywhere.
